Comic: Karma’s Bitch

As of this writing, Mel and Zara’s real-life analogues remain World of Warcraft free. But Cataclysm hangs low on the horizon. Personally, I doubt even I can resist its siren’s call.

It’s hard not to fall in love with the game, and for me, a big part of that was the map. You can’t go 20 feet in-game without coming across some vista of staggering beauty. If ever there was a game that screen shots were created for, it’s WOW. If I fault the developers with anything, it’s that they haven’t created a more robust screen capture utility.

Even if you don’t complete a single quest, kill a single mob, or brave  a single dungeon, it’s worth the $15 a month just to walk around the place. No wonder Andrea wants to go into 3-D design with inspiration like that.

Which brings us to the 2-D design you see evidenced over on the right side of this post. That’s “The Birth of the Internet”, a limited edition print created by Andrea. You oughta buy one  here, if only to help her earn enough money to get to the 2010 Siggraph Convention in Los Angeles this summer. Plus, I mean, JESUS. LOOK at it. There’s awesomeness dripping off it and into a puddle on the floor. You may want to buy two–one to keep and one to masturbate into.

    Fondest regards,
    Luke

      Bravo, sir. Bravo.

Joe still has the flu? That’s, like, the longest flu in history. Or is he just becoming a blanket-clad hermit with schizotypal tendencies?

    3. Andrea

Each “arc” is supposed to be one night. So technically he’ll have the flu for a couple months.
